Creating a US PSN account is free and takes 2 minutes. Go to store.playstation.com, click Sign In → Create Account, and select United States as your country. Use any US zip code (e.g. 10001 for New York). You can have multiple PSN accounts on the same PlayStation console — your US account sits alongside your existing account with no conflict.

Yes — all our cards are US region and must be redeemed on a US region PSN account. They work perfectly from Ghana as long as you redeem them on your US PSN account, not your Ghana/African account. The funds go into your US PlayStation wallet and you can use them to buy any game or content available on the US PlayStation Store.

On PS4: Go to PlayStation Store from the home screen → scroll to the bottom of the left sidebar menu → select Redeem Codes → enter your 12-character code and confirm.

On PS5: Go to PlayStation Store from the home screen → click your profile avatar at the top right → select Redeem Codes from the dropdown → enter your code and confirm.

On PC or mobile browser: Go to store.playstation.com → click your avatar at the top right → select Redeem Codes → enter your code and confirm.

This is extremely rare but if it happens contact us within 24 hours at support@afrogiftcards.com with your order reference number and a screenshot of the error message. We will verify the code status and either provide a replacement code or issue a full refund. We stand behind every code we sell.

Refunds are available if the code delivered was invalid or already used, or if your code was not delivered. Contact support within 24 hours with your order reference number. Because PSN codes are digital and instant, we cannot refund codes that have been successfully delivered and redeemed. See our full refund policy in our Terms of Service.

Yes — use the quantity selector in the checkout to buy up to 10 cards of the same denomination in a single transaction. Each code will be delivered to your email in the same delivery email. If you need different denominations, simply place separate orders for each.

PSN gift card codes do not expire. You can redeem your code at any time after purchase. However we recommend redeeming it soon after purchase and keeping it private — codes can only be redeemed once and cannot be replaced if lost or shared with others.
