1 About AfroGiftCards

AfroGiftCards ("we", "us", "our") is a digital gift card retail platform operated in Ghana. We sell PlayStation Network (PSN) gift card codes for the US region, enabling customers to top up their PlayStation wallets using local Ghanaian payment methods.

2 Eligibility

By using this service you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• You are accessing the service from within Ghana or another permitted jurisdiction
• You have a valid email address to receive your purchased code
• The payment method you use belongs to you or you are authorised to use it

3 Products and Pricing

We sell PSN gift card codes for the US PlayStation Store region in denominations of $10, $25, $50, and $100 USD. All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of all fees.

Prices are updated automatically based on live USD/GHS exchange rates and may change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

4 Payment

Payments are processed securely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge the total amount displayed at checkout. AfroGiftCards does not store your payment credentials — all payment data is handled exclusively by Paystack.

5 Code Delivery

Upon successful payment your PSN code will be delivered automatically to the email address you provided at checkout, typically within 60 seconds.

• You are responsible for providing a correct and valid email address
• Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your code within 5 minutes
• If you do not receive your code within 10 minutes, contact us at support@afrogiftcards.com with your order reference number

Each PSN code can only be redeemed once. Keep your code private and do not share it with anyone.

6 Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• The code delivered was already used or invalid at the time of delivery
• The code was not delivered and you have provided your order reference number
• A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase to support@afrogiftcards.com with your order reference number. We reserve the right to verify claims before issuing refunds.

7 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use AfroGiftCards for any of the following:

• Fraudulent transactions or use of stolen payment methods
• Reselling codes purchased from our platform without authorisation
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities
• Any activity that violates Ghanaian law or Sony Interactive Entertainment's terms of service
• Automated purchasing or scraping of our platform

We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse service, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

8 Limitation of Liability

AfroGiftCards is not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment. PlayStation and PSN are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC.

We are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of PSN codes purchased from our platform, including but not limited to account suspension by Sony, inability to redeem codes due to regional restrictions, or changes to PlayStation Store policies.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction in dispute.

9 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
